Men’s Rugby
If you’re interested in playing men’s rugby, training sessions are on Tuesday at 7.30pm and Friday at 7:30pm.
- 1st & 2nd XV Junior teams.
- Training Tuesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm.
- No experience necessary.

Ladies Rugby
Tuam RFC Ladies Rugby are always delighted to have new members so if you’re interested we’d love to invite you to join us.
- Interested in playing a team sport.

Underage Rugby
If you are between the ages of 13-18 you might be interested in joining one of our underage sides.
- Underage Rugby for ages 13-18
- Underage Training Thursdays and Fridays at 6:30pm.

Tuam Tigers Mini Rugby
If you have a child between the ages of 7 – 12 then they might be interested in joining the Tuam Tigers Mini.

Tuam RFC are holding their annual Halloween Party at Rossi’s Cellar Bar on Sunday the 26th of October at 8pm. There will be a raffle on the night and also fancy dress prizes. So come dressed in your Halloween finest and expect a night full of ghoultastic fun. SEE YOU THERE.
